Ok here we go
I have promised a friend that i would write in english...
So im so sorry everyone for my bad spellings and all :O)
It was my last night at work...but did stay and had breakfast with my colleagues....
That was nice....after that i lay down on the couch for an hour....
Then i went to IKSU and trained some Body pump...
I put on some extra weight today....and i can feel that in my arms....and legs.....
Right now i´m sitting here with a cup of tea...
I´m going to school and pick up William and then go home and give him a snack and then we are going to the stable...
Molly and me are gonna sit up at the horse for a while :o)...in the rain...
The weather is so boring.....
After that we are going home and i have to cook some dinner...that is easy to make....
Because today it´s Monday and that means Spinning.....
And after the Spinning...i think i´m gonna fall in sleep as soon as i lay down on my pillow...
Hmmm i have to go now...
